This station targets the large and growing Hispanic audience interested in family-friendly, positive programming, and you can utilize your sales-intensive Hispanic ministry development skills to make the world a better place.
We need a proven radio professional who can develop relationships with churches and their pastors and congregations and a leader that can mentor and build their staff to be the best they can be!

Salary: Salary plus commission is available for exceptional performance along with a full benefits package and a positive work environment. This is a Salary, Exempt position
Requirement of
Position: Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish), Two years managerially experience. Minimum (2) years of Sales experience. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.
Personality Traits: Flexible, organized, team-minded, high-energy individual with good organizational skills. Able to work with little supervision. Excellent written and verbal skills are a must with the ability to adapt to a changing and challenging environment.
