CRISTA Ministries is looking for a Maintenance Technician III who will be responsible for moderate to complex electrical maintenance of CRISTA facilities. This position will provide the Maintenance Supervisor advice, counsel and recommendations related to meeting maintenance, electrical and remodeling needs of CRISTA facilities. They will also perform special projects or assignments as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Christian Commitment: Must have a genuine personal relationship with Jesus

Christ.

2. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

3. Experience:

Minimum 4 years experience in electrical and construction.

Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.

4. Licensure/Certification: Current, valid Washington State drivers license.

5. Other Considerations:

Quality and detail oriented.

Excellent mechanical aptitude.

    Ability to follow written and verbal directions.

Ability to make repairs on equipment or physical plant, and to evaluate the need for repairs or replacement.

Ability to work independently on specific projects.

Must have good problem solving skills.

Ability to provide accurate project cost estimates and to complete the job within budget.

Minimum amount of re-work on assigned tasks.

Normal working hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Ability to work occasional overtime or unusual hours for on-call responsibilities or emergencies.

Ability to work outdoors in inclement or harsh weather including snow removal.

May be required to supply own hand tools and wear a CRISTA provided uniform.

Small and large power equipment

Hand tools

Safety equipment

Sewer machine – auger

Gator

Specialized trade tool

CRISTA Ministries Statement of Faith

  • We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
