Crista Shores is looking for an energetic and dynamic candidate who has a passion for seniors and wants an exceptional career/ministry opportunity serving as a Director of Environmental Services. This position is responsible for supervising and overseeing all functions related to the maintenance and operations of the physical plant, including regular and preventive maintenance, housekeeping and custodial, grounds, and security. This position ensures that all state and federal regulations related to the physical plant are met and oversees the response to resident requests for maintenance or grounds issues. This position serves as project manager on assigned capital projects. In addition the Director organizes, develops and directs staff and resident safety programs, resolves personnel problems, hires new staff, and evaluates employee performance according to CRISTA standards. The Director will also monitor budgets and payroll records and review financial transactions in order to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted. The Director of Environmental Services serves as a role model of professionalism, expertise, Christian faith and service and will participate as part of the Crista Shores leadership team.

CRISTA Senior Living, a ministry of CRISTA has been a senior care provider for over 60 years. Located in Silverdale, Crista Shores offers Independent and Assisted Living. CRISTA Ministries Statement of Faith

  • We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
  • We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
