Chris Heaslip co-founded Pushpay in 2011 with Eliot Crowther. He envisioned Pushpay’s product through a software-as-a-service model to enable businesses, organizations and consumers to benefit from m-commerce that is fast, secure and easy-to-use. Pushpay® is a beautifully simple giving solution that has been designed around a 10 second giving app. Our App enables genuine giving in 10 seconds – a world first. It engages new givers for the first time and enables existing givers to give more regularly— leading to an overall increase.
The Senior Vice President of Marketing is a new and critical position to the Pushpay team. eChurch/Pushpay is experiencing exponential month-on-month growth and is looking for a seasoned SaaS marketing professional (with proven success in the $10m-$100m growth stage) who can not only oversee its current growth, but help take Pushpay to the next level of unprecedented growth. He or she will be passionate about advancing eChurch/Pushpay’s vision and mission to help the church make giving easy. They will leverage the expertise of the eChurch/Pushpay team and the uniqueness of Pushpay’s breathtaking product to help the company achieve its short and long-term goals for present and future growth. The Senior Vice President of Marketing will oversee the entire lead generation process from start to finish. This requires a person who is both a data scientist and an artist, as the inbound process will demand both creativity and analysis. He or she will determine and achieve proper product placement in the church market through a deep understanding of the nature of Pushpay's product and the value it adds to churches.
The Senior Vice President of Marketing will have proven SaaS marketing experience and be committed to implementing an effective inbound marketing strategy to establish Pushpay as the leader in their market. He or she will have working knowledge and connections within the church market, as pastors and church leaders are Pushpay's clients. Denominational and church tribe understanding is a must.With his or her proven experience in SaaS, the Senior Vice President of Marketing will be a crucial asset to Pushpay's business development strategy, constantly seeking to make the entire Pushpay experience from the website, sales process, app user experience, church engagement, and customer success the best possible experience for Pushpay's customers. Most importantly, the Senior Vice President of Marketing must be a leader of leaders and a proven team builder. He or she will identify and maximize the strengths of the marketing team, develop them as leaders, and find new key additions to the marketing team as Pushpay continues to grow.
The Senior Vice President of Marketing will be expected to relocate to the Seattle Washington, area, or will already live in the area. Pushpay’s US offices are located in Redmond, just 16 miles east of Seattle. Seattle is the largest city in the Pacific Northwest, with 652,405 residents in 2013. Located on the southeastern side of the Puget Sound, Seattle is also the most northern large city in the United States, disregarding Alaskan territory. The combination of slight rolling hills, lakes, forests, and open fields are beautiful and give the landscape a unique feel. Outdoor sports and recreational activities are enjoyed year round.
