We are looking for a Web Designer responsible for building well-thought-out interactive experiences for our World Concern, Seattle Urban Academy and Christian Veterinary Mission ministries. CRISTA is a family of seven ministries loving God by serving people worldwide in the areas of education, international relief & development, senior living, and media. Position Summary:

The Annual Programs Web Designer will be responsible for designing and developing compelling interactive experiences across multiple devices, building tools to operate these experiences, and managing their deployment. You’ll primarily be serving World Concern, Seattle Urban Academy, Christian Veterinary Mission and other ministries as needed. You are capable of taking great ideas and breathing life into them – making them real. You have an understanding of the user experience and how to design and deliver solutions that provide measurable results. Requires strong design and troubleshooting skills, as well as an eye for detail. Responsive design skills are required.

You’ll be responsible for managing the ministries’ web presence and driving innovative ways to grow the audience and increase engagement. We leverage existing tools where we can and build new ones to best meet our ministries' needs.

Should be familiar with web protocols such as CSS, HTML, HTML5, JSP and XML. A background with Google Analytics is a definite plus. Experience with these isn't required but we hope learning them sounds interesting to you.

Key measurements include web exposures, responses, donations and interaction. You will work closely with design manager to conceive, implement and measure communications that reflect and advance the overall strategy of Annual Programs.

CRISTA Ministries Statement of Faith

  • We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
