Gold Creek Community Church is looking for a web and graphic designer with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in web design and great visual design. You will be working within a team of creatives to further the message of Christ to our surrounding community through the visual arts.
Design Responsibilities:
Provide web design and maintenance for all websites operated by Gold Creek
Keep up to date on current web technology and trends
Design templates and layouts for a great user experience
Utilize CSS knowledge to solve design issues
Provide graphic design, branding, and layout for a multi-campus church and individual ministry related projects. (Weekly announcements, message series, print materials, on screen elements)
Coordinate with outside vendors related to outsourced print materials
Coordinate requested projects with different ministries utilizing a project brief system
Work with peers and the leadership team to push the creative boundaries of the church
Maintain a high level of quality assurance
Communicate effectively regarding project workload and current projects
Be involved in all phases of creative projects; consulting, project proposals, creative concepts, execution, implementation and ongoing support
Technical Knowledge:
Working knowledge of design/production related software; CMS (Wordpress, Squarespace), HTML and CSS knowledge, Adobe Products (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Google Products (Mail, Sheets, Drive).
Familiar with Print, Internet, Video and Lighting production, and able to support creative teams appropriately

Invest and encourage team members and volunteers
Be self-directed and capable of working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
Be directly involved in Sunday morning production elements
Have a balanced personal and work life consistent with living a life honoring Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior
Works with:
Director of Media, Leadership Staff, Team Members (Web Designer, Motion Graphic Artist, Videographer), Appropriate Ministry Staff Members
Skills/Requirements:
Education: BS/BA preferred
Experience: 4+ Years of Design experience
Design experience in Print, Branding, Web, Video, Social Media
Proficiency in the following is required:
InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML and CSS within a CMS structure, Microsoft Office
