We are looking for people to bridge the gap between churches that currently need a mobile giving solution and our incredible service. 

 

Pushpay is seeking a proven sales professional to manage, motivate and coach a staff of 15+ sales associates. You should be able to manage and grow a strong sales team and have the ability to resolve challenging issues. A four-year college degree is preferred for this role. They will have excellent leadership skills with 3-5 years of successful sales experience and 2+ years in sales management.

 

The effective Sales Manager will achieve the following goals during the first 24 months of work:

 

  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the Inside Sales team, in doing so generating revenue opportunities.
  • Formulate and execute a quarterly sales plan.
  • Inspire, lead, and coach a dynamic fast-paced sales team.
  • Coaching and providing feedback to sales consultants in the areas of sales/personal development.
  • Ongoing process improvements, recommendations and implementation of these.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to drive strategy, planning and process improvements.
  • Train and lead inside sales reps through repetition of a proven Success System.
