Orcas Island Community Church is searching for a new Pastor for Youth and Young Adults. This person will take the lead in assuring that every teen and young adult on Orcas Island learns of God’s love in word and deed, and that those who follow Jesus are helped to grow to maturity in the faith. Responsible for assisting with and/or leading all ministries to Middle School and High School students, including activities, outreach events, discipleship groups, service projects, retreats and summer trips, mission trips, and leading other specific activities as assigned. The mission of our ministry to teens is to build authentic relationships with the youth of Orcas Island, while sharing the hope, unconditional love and life-changing power we have found in Jesus Christ, so they might discover and grow in the faith with us.
