Restore Community Church was started 16 years ago with a passion for helping people find their way back to God and developing Christ Followers to be disciplemakers everyday and everywhere. We are looking to hire our next Worships Arts Director for our Park
Hill Campus to help us continue to grow in our worship culture and missional engagement.
Objective: Champion & lead gospel-centered spiritual engagement & reproduction through worship that helps catalyze discipleship for our church.
Essential Functions
- Recruit, develop and train worship team and tech team volunteers
- Utilize the Leadership Pathway as a tool for the discipleship of leaders inside the of the Worship and Tech Teams
- Establish teams of volunteers that are 3-4 volunteers deep. The CAD will be creative with the recruitment, development, training and discipleship of those volunteers.
- Worship Team:
- Keys, Electric, Acoustic, Bass, Drums, Worship Leaders, Background Vocals, etc.
- Tech Team:
- Pro-presenter, Lights, Sound
- Foster an environment of worship that invites people into God’s presence and helps catalyze their next steps in discipleship
- The Worship Arts Director helps the church as a whole engage more consistently in worship. This environment is created through song selection, leadership, encouragement and invitation for the team and our attenders to take next steps in worship engagement.
- Fosters worship environments outside of the weekend experience
- Leads and recruits volunteers for Leadership Community, Worship Nights, Staff meeting, etc.
- Collaborate and add creative value to the Big Idea team
- Engages weekly in Big Idea series planning discussion and contributes with suggestions and questions that allow us to creatively engage our church in discipleship and worship.
